Strategy of IT introduction at the Russian companies: personnel training

We have considered details of the Russian economics in IT-specialists in this article. The main aspect is maid on the quantitative and quantitative inequality between education and demands of the modern Russian IT-market. The results of the analytical researches of the models of the progress IT-sphere and demands in IT- specialists in Russia have been made. The ways of overcoming of the specialists' «hunger» are marked in the sphere of the informational technologies.
