For steady social and economic development and improvement of quality of a life of the population special techniques, ways and the actions in our opinion realized in strategy of social partnership are necessary. Its methodology allows to allocate technology of social partnership as one of possible administrative tools of social policy directed on steady development of Volgograd and area.
