| Annotation: | In article one of the most problem parties of housing spheremarket of housing affordability. The basic theoretical preconditions of the analysis are specified, the tendencies of development of the given market are determined, the current situation in the building market is characterized, and also in housing sphere of Abakan, the major factors of development of the given branch are formulated. The politics of state intervention is proved. |
