HEALTH SCHOOLS FOR POPULATION: NEW FORMAT OF DEVELOPMENT

Annotation:

Health improvement technologies should not be a fashion brand and a spontaneous goal for the population, but a strategy for development of society as a whole under the guide of the state. The study of the problem. The article presents new health schools for the population in a new format of development, taking into account the socio-economic conditions, educational standards and new science-based technologies of human health. The state, as before, should act as a guarantor of the development of health and rehabilitation technologies. The purpose of the study is to examine new health and rehabilitation formats for different categories of the population that have a system-forming character in the context of the health-saving education. Scientific novelty. Scientific research has revealed a new format of improvement of a systemic nature the school of Scandinavian walking of Irina Slutskaya. The methodological basis for the study was information materials: sport events and information materials about schools teaching Nordic walking by the method of Irina Mikhailovna Slutskaya. To work in the Irina Slutskaya’s Nordic walking Schools, the instructors were trained in the advanced training course “Nordic walking in medical rehabilitation”, which was developed and conducted at the Department of sport medicine and medical rehabilitation of the First Moscow state medical University named after I.M. Sechenov. Students of the Kuban state University of physical culture, sports and tourism promote health projection and participate in health festivals of the Russian citizens. Motor activity of the Russian population is becoming a priority at the municipal levels. Theoretical and practical significance of the work. I. M. Slutskaya’s Nordic walking schools are a new format for increasing the motor activity of the population of different ages and psychological adaptation to the point of support when walking for a stable position of the body when moving. The new format of health improvement forms a new level of culture of human motor activity. This material will be useful in municipalities at the institutions of various profiles as a new educational technology for development of the health-saving education of population, which has a practice-oriented nature.
