DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATION IN THE CHILDREN’S TEAM AS A MODERN PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Education in new conditions is characterized by the problem of separation of the child from the process of direct contact with each other due to the active introduction of information technologies, substitution of live communication for virtual. It is impossible to refuse information technologies. This is a given of a new social paradigm. Therefore, they can be reoriented to the benefit of adolescents and young people, used as a means of cooperation. The research urgency is caused by interest to the educational community to the problem of cooperation of children in the team, identification of the nature and content of this concept, its significance in the spiritual and social human development, methods of assisting adolescents in the development of methods of cooperation in the process of their development. In this regard, this article is aimed at revealing the theoretical foundations and practical mechanisms for the development of cooperation in the children’s team as a means of spiritual development of adolescents and young people. The leading approaches to the study of this problem are systemic, social, personal-activity and cultural approaches that allow to comprehensively consider the problem of cooperation in the children’s team in psychological and pedagogical research and pedagogy of consciousness. The article presents the essence and the concept of “cooperation”, “children’s collective” in psychologicalpedagogical literature and pedagogy of consciousness, the conceptual bases of development of cooperation in the children’s team cognitivist orientation, forms and methods of work, including the method of “co-participant design”, identified during the empirical study, the results of the diagnostic study, recommendations to teachers for the development of cooperation in the children’s team. Materials of the article are of practical value for researchers of problems of education, students, and teachers of schools.
