INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL MODERNIZATION OF ECONOMICS

Industrial policy is implemented through certain mechanisms and instruments, including innovation and investment development mechanisms. Such mechanisms shall included innovations, implementation of innovative technologies in production, stimulation of investments, the state orders, and tax benefits. Industrial policy allows changing the structure of the economy, concentrating limited resources for realization of the selected target characteristics in the conditions of reform and modernization of the economy, digital development of the economy. The problem of increasing innovative potential, investment and innovative development of enterprises of the industrial complex becomes important in conditions of digitalization of the economy. The development of appropriate scientific approaches and mechanisms to increase the innovation activity of industrial enterprises is necessary in the context of the development of the digital economy. Issues of innovative development of the industrial enterprises in the conditions of modernization of economy are investigated. Factors of innovative activity of the enterprises are defined. The mechanism of management of innovative development of the industrial enterprise is created. Implementation of basic innovations, formation of new technologies significantly changes the quality of production and its competitiveness. Basic innovations cannot effectively be implemented in free market conditions, they demand the state support. Problems of formation of investment and innovation potential of industrial enterprises of the region and ways of their solution are revealed in the process of research. Issues of formation of innovation and technological potential are not sufficiently studied. The system of marketing of new progressive technologies in industry is not created in certain regions. Such a system determines the conditions for the development of leading directions of scientific and technological progress on the basis of innovative potential. Theoretical and practical aspects of innovative development of industrial complex enterprises are considered in this study. The application of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations of the study will make it possible to make informed decisions in the field of innovation development of industry enterprises.
