EFFECT OF SPORTS COMMERCIALIZATION ON THE PROBLEMS OF MANAGEMENT OF SPORT ORGANIZATION

Annotation:

The article presents a study of development of sport organizations as full participants in economic relations. The problem is their low integration into the economy, inefficient use of economic potential and poor implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives. The management mechanisms and the structure of the managerial process in organizations of the physical culture and sports were characterized. As part of this work, it was revealed that the origin of such education as Sports Training Centers began to appear through the reorganization of existing and functioning sport schools for a long period (many schools were renamed as Schools of Higher Sports Mastery). Institutions of this type always have the relevant tools for the training process (largely due to the fact that the services are paid and the financing is stable and the management of such complex can use them at their discretion), they try to provide services related not only to the training process, but also to the related services provision of hotel complexes, food points, transfer services, to create the most comfortable and favorable environment at the training camp. As part of the topic under study, an assessment was made of the activities of a sports institution. To develop staff development strategies, a SWOT analysis was applied. In the course of the SWOT analysis, the organization is characterized by a certain balance of strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats. The most significant strengths should be elements of the foundation of a HR strategy. Within the framework of the topic under study, recommendations were developed aimed at improving the management of GAU VO TsSP “OLIMP”. In conclusion, it was noted that the main goal of the State Autonomous Institution of Higher Professional Education “OLIMP” is to constantly strive to satisfy the needs and sports interests of various categories of the population in physical education and sports services. Unfortunately, despite the increasing attention to professional sports every year, at the theoretical and practical level, sports are not considered as an independent sphere of economic activity.
