EXPERIENCE IN PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM FOR THE FORMATION OF MORAL AND LEGAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF THE FUTURE CUSTOMS SPECIALIST

Annotation:

The article deals with the experience of practical implementation of the program for the formation of moral and legal self-determination of students studying in the specialty 38.05.02 “Customs”, information and methodological aid for pedagogical support of moral and legal self-determination of future customs specialists. A modern customs specialist should have the ability to make informed decisions in non-standard situations and bear social and ethical responsibility for the decisions made. The author analyzes the curriculum in the specialty 38.05.02 “Customs”, FSES requirements and in accordance with them determines the pedagogical conditions forming the basis of the information and educational environment in the school, contributing effectively to the process of formation of professional self-determination. The implementation of the model of forming the moral qualities of future customs specialists is carried out in the process of including students in the professional community on educational platforms (co-working, networking, and professional educational portals). The article lists the necessary means to achieve the goals of forming the moral and legal self-determination of future customs specialists. Analyzing the psychological and age characteristics of students, the features of creating an information and educational environment at the present stage of education development, the author concludes that students at all stages of moral and legal self-determination without exception need psychological and pedagogical support. Moral and legal self-determination of future customs specialists is a purposeful and complex work. Improvement of legal culture and moral qualities in the educational process, participation in volunteer movements, organization of meetings and press conferences with customs experts, organization of research work, psychological and pedagogical counseling and support form an environment that allows the students to improve their communication skills and ethical competence, to form a psychological culture of the future specialist’s personality. In accordance with this, the author’s Program for the formation of moral and legal self-determination of students studying in the specialty 38.05.02 “Customs” was developed and implemented. The experience of creating an educational platform using the Web space of the customs operator Alta-Soft LLC was analyzed. The performance criteria of the proposed technology can be expressed by qualitative and quantitative indicators.
