The paper considers the strategy of psychophysiological training of aviation university students, future civil aviation specialists, which should be based on the most modern innovative technologies. The problems of developing statokinetic stability as one of the leading professional qualities in the aviation profession are investigated. The article considers the extreme work conditions of an air traffic controller and a pilot, the negative consequences of which can significantly affect the level of aircraft flight safety. The relevance of studying statokinetic stability is shown; special attention is paid to the features of this quality in aviation activities, where currently there is a rapid development of high-tech civil Airliners, the transition to new innovative technologies, including the introduction of artificial intelligence in the aircraft control system. The study proves that swimming training is now an effective means of developing statokinetic stability. The author developed a set of exercises on land and in water using special exercises in sports and applied swimming for students-future aviation specialists and implemented new methods for developing statokinetic stability in the educational process of the discipline “Physical culture” at the University of civil aviation. Diagnostics of statokinetic stability was carried out using generally accepted and developed by the author tests and showed its effectiveness. The practical significance of the developed innovative methods for developing the potential of statokinetic stability lies in the intensification of professionally applied psychophysical training of students of flight higher educational institutions, which will improve the professional competence of future air traffic controllers and pilots, will eventually enable them to manage the safety of aircraft flights and increase professional longevity. |
