This article is dedicated to economic and managerial analysis of political life in Russia at federal level. The authors examine rise and fall of political parties of Russia and, as a consequence, of ideas and interests represented by the latter. Present study is based on the low electoral activity of citizens. Questions are raised about the representativeness of the interests of Russians in the political arena, as well as a degree of support for ideas that are represented by political structures at the federal level. The paper carries out a correlation-regression analysis to assess the participants of the political process. An abstract model of the political system is proposed, in which the goals and aspirations of various actors in the aspect of political life are interconnected. In the main part of the work, with the help of ontological schemes the authors describe the current work of political parties in Russia that is carried out by tools of representative democracy, as well as a promising possibility of transition to direct democracy and convergence of citizens with similar political views and interests in a strong social community, forming an informational political environment. As a primary approximation, it is defined as a social network with extended political functionality and determination of a position on the current agenda using direct voting of verified users. In addition, with means of the analytic hierarchy process, such alternatives to the implementation of a digital political party are considered: reorganization of the largest pro-government political party, reorganization of an opposition political party, or creation of a new party with a digital mechanism for the interaction of its members. As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that creating a digital political party from scratch is the most preferred choice for solving the problem of low electoral activity and conclusions are presented on ways to overcome the disinterest of Russian citizens in politics. It should be noted that the work contains a low correlation dependence of the analysis, while the authors place a conceptual emphasis on the trend component, since the real correlation is difficult to describe by scientometric methods due to the specifics of political reality in Russia. |
