ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF ECONOMIC SECURITY SYSTEM OF AN ENTERPRISE

The article presents the results of a research in the field of building the organizational structure of the economic security system of an enterprise. The aim of the study is to confirm the hypothesis of the rationality of the method of structuring the goals of the economic security system of the enterprise, which includes subsystems of risk management and internal control. The methodological basis of the research is the provisions of the theory of economic systems, control, system, target and risk-oriented approach. The development of the organizational structure of economic security was carried out on the basis of the method of structuring goals. As a result of the study, the application of the method of structuring goals in the organization of the economic security system of the enterprise, including subsystems of risk management and internal control, was justified. For the system of economic security as a whole, its subsystems of risk management and internal control, the goals were formulated and the corresponding functionality of the subjects providing economic security was determined. The method of decomposition and structuring the goals of the economic security system allows us to build its optimal organizational structure, including the subjects of risk management and internal control subsystems. It is advisable to assign monitoring of threats and risks to the subjects of internal control, which will minimize costs. The results of the study can be used as a basis for further theoretical studies on the indicative assessment of threats to the economic security of the enterprise. In the practice of creating economic security systems in real business, a clear separation of the functions of structural divisions and their regulation plays an important role. Methods of justification of management decisions when creating a system of economic security of the enterprise should be studied in the training of specialists in this field.
