The search of options for the effective use of production factors remains an urgent task in the agricultural economy in all regions of Russia, and in Sevastopol it is complicated by the problems of the wine industry. Viticulture and winemaking, as technologically related economic activities, have significant potential for dynamic development in the city and its environs. This article provides an overview of the factors that form the prerequisites for the development of enotourism in the city of Sevastopol and its suburbs. The role of cultural heritage in the development of viticulture and winemaking in this region is described. The analysis of historical sources and archaeological finds confirming the traditional nature of viticulture and winemaking outline the scale of the prospects for their further development. The features of the wine tourism infrastructure in the city are described. For the first time, with the help of a comprehensive analysis of all factors that affect the economic resources of local winemaking within the Sevastopol region, zones have been identified that are of the highest priority in terms of modeling and forecasting the activities in grape growing and wine industry. The article presents the results of assessing the tourism component of the wine industry as one of the marketing tools for promoting the final products of local production. The substantiation of the expediency of using the possibilities of enotourism to stimulate the activities of specialized enterprises and promote the final products in the domestic markets is given. The proposed conceptual provisions can be used in developing strategies and increasing the efficiency of activities in the field of winemaking and wine tourism in the city of Sevastopol and the surrounding regions. |
