PHYSICAL RECREATION FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AGED 23—25 BY MEANS OF MODERN FITNESS

Annotation:

The authors in their scientific article consider the issues of physical recreation of pregnant women aged 23—25 by means of modern fitness. One of the most significant periods in a woman’s life is childbirth. During this period, it is necessary to take more care of your health: this includes full and proper nutrition, vitamin supplements, avoiding bad habits, and optimal physical activity should not be forgotten. Various types of fitness are suitable for this. With the help of physical fitness classes, the problems of excess weight and swelling are solved, muscle tone improves, the risk of varicose veins decreases. Physical exercises help strengthen the respiratory, nervous and cardiovascular systems, therefore, women engaged in various types of physical activity have much easier labor and fewer complications during and after childbirth. Purposeful motor activity also increases the psycho-emotional state of pregnant women, which makes it psychologically easier to go through childbirth and prevents the occurrence of postpartum depression. However, the available literature does not sufficiently address the problem of using physical recreation for pregnant women aged 23—25 in the second trimester of pregnancy. The study examined the problems of preserving women’s health throughout all trimesters of pregnancy and the impact of fitness classes on the physical fitness of the female body for childbirth and motherhood. A preliminary questionnaire, pedagogical testing of the respiratory system, coordination ability and assessment of the current psycho-emotional state of pregnant women before and after fitness classes were conducted. To improve the functional and psychoemotional state of pregnant women, groups of special exercises were selected: fitness using a fitball; breathing exercises; a set of exercises to increase mobility in the joints and exercises for the development of the vestibular apparatus. The results of the research and experimental work proved the validity of specially selected sets of exercises, as well as their effectiveness for improving the psychofunctional state of the subjects. At the end of the study, pregnant women in the experimental group significantly increased their functional test scores and improved their psycho-emotional state.
