The article discusses approaches to the implementation of the modeling process of both the activities of an educational organization and the learning process. The education system, being a necessary element of any society, is also influenced by multidirectional factors. As a result, it seems appropriate to determine the rational direction of the development of the education system in terms of achieving long-term goals that are set by the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as relevant ministries and departments. Some factors influencing both the learning process and the activities of an educational organization are considered. So, in a complex epidemiological situation, the realities of the education system are such that sometimes neither the teacher, nor the students, nor the administration of an educational organization can predict: classes in a particular group will take place in a classroom or remotely, not only in the next semester, but also next week. At the same time, the university administration is forced to act in the mode of immediate response to changing conditions, for example, a positive PCR test from a student in a group, recommendations from Rospotrebnadzor, etc. In such difficult conditions, it is necessary not to lose sight of one of the main purposes of an educational organization, namely, the preparation of a graduate who meets the established requirements for the level of training. The head of the organization needs to assess the impact of time-consuming decisions on the learning process. To ensure the objectivity of the assessment, it is advisable not only to involve experts, but also to create and use models of learning elements. The necessity of using modeling to assess the possible impact of the implementation of planned changes is substantiated. Recommendations on modeling elements of the learning process using a simulation package are given. |
