Rapidly developing digitalization of all spheres of modern economy actualizes the improvement of future designers’ professional training in accordance with the requirements of business representatives to professional digital competence of a design specialist. The training of the designer, who knows how to use digital and information technologies (DIT) as a means of solving professional tasks is a priority direction of the system of professional education. The article deals with the problem of finding theoretical and methodological foundations of the environmental approach to the design of the digital educational process of professional training of future designers. During the study, based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the concept of digital learning environment in relation to the professional training of specialists in the field of design was formulated. The authors describe the priorities and principles of the environmental approach to the design of the digital educational process of designers: continuity, consistency, biopositivity, social orientation, and humanization. The requirements of the environmental approach to the design of the digital educational environment contributing to quality practice-oriented training of the future design specialist are revealed: the creation of objects of special infrastructure of the educational process at the university; the creation and implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of digital competence of future designers in solving professional tasks using DIT; compliance with the principle of continuity of barrier-free digital educational environment; providing students with modern DIT tools as part of learning activities and training in using them to solve professional problems; ensuring high resource efficiency of DIT used in the educational process. The conclusion is made about the requirements of the environmental approach to the design of the digital educational environment, contributing to quality practice-oriented teaching design to future specialists, taking into account the requirements of employers for training designers who possess a high level of professional competencies in the digital economy. |
