The article analyzes the impact of the organization of physical training on the combat readiness of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Cameroon. The authors of the article consider the factors of ensuring the combat readiness of the Armed Forces, emphasize the role and importance of the level of physical fitness of military personnel in ensuring the combat capability of the unit, separately analyze the methodological support for the physical training of Cameroonian army staff and raise the question of the need to bring the methods and means of physical training into line with the tasks performed by the units. The article examines the content of physical training of individual units of the Cameroonian army at various stages of training, provides examples of specific tools and methods, and emphasizes their importance for the formation of physical qualities and skills in military staff. The improvement of the system of physical training is considered by the authors through the prism of optimization of its individual aspects, primarily pedagogical, managerial, logistical and organizational, ensuring the effective solution of general and special tasks of physical training, among which the authors highlight the search for promising ways to improve the means and methods of physical training, optimization of management functions, planning, training of officials involved in the organization and conduct of physical training events and public sports assets, selection of the most effective style and methods of organizational activity of commanders and officers in sports, improvement of the material and technical base, which provides high-quality physical training and increases its effectiveness. |
