Annotation: |
The Growth Point centers form the core of the infrastructure of the national project “Education”. High requirements for the quality of the personnel of such centers are due to the need to ensure the effective use of new digital equipment in the educational process, which these centers are equipped with. The article presents the experience of developing test tasks for the diagnosis of professional (methodological) competences of chemistry, biology and physics teachers using in the educational process the equipment received by the Growth Point centers of natural science orientation (the approaches to the selection of the content of tasks and their types are justified, the description of test tasks is given, the system of evaluation of correctness is considered tasks, as well as methods for verifying their validity and reliability). The article presents the results of diagnostics of professional (methodological) competences of natural science teachers using in the educational process equipment received by Growth Point education centers. The analysis of the obtained results is given, professional deficits are determined both separately for subject teachers and for all subjects as a whole. The latter include deficits in terms of: a) the formation of students’ natural science literacy through the use of digital equipment which was received by the Growth Point educational centers; b) the organization of practical development of educational material in the subjects “Physics”, “Chemistry”, “Biology”; c) the organization of project and educational research activities of schoolchildren using digital sensors and software received by educational organizations. It is concluded that due to the fact that the new edition of the professional standard “Teacher” requires all teachers to be able to organize the activities of students using the resources and services of the information educational environment and digital equipment, the tasks we have developed can also be used to identify professional deficiencies teachers of natural science disciplines in schools, where the Growth Point educational centers have not been created. |
