The article is devoted to the actual problem of creating pedagogical conditions for the professional self-development of future teachers of the SVE system. The author focuses on the use of an integration approach to the process of forming the readiness of future teachers of the SVE system for professional self-development. The use of an integrative resource of pedagogical disciplines of a professional orientation in the process of teaching students in the direction “Professional training (by industry)” is theoretically substantiated as a leading factor in the formation of their orientation and motivation for professional self-development. An integrative resource is understood as the possibility to transfer in the process of training not abstract professional information (on the organization of educational and production-technological processes, modern pedagogical and industry technologies, etc.), but thematically grouped, systematized content in accordance with educational goals in general and depending from the needs of the individual in the framework of future activities, in particular with the help of relevantly selected and methodically organized educational materials (problem situations, practical tasks, video and audio files, etc.) and practical ways of professional self-development (master classes, creative workshops, festivals, web quests, business games, trainings, multimedia presentations, discussions, video situations, round tables, creative projects, etc.). Professional and pedagogical disciplines, in particular “Methods of professional training”, “Pedagogical technologies”, characterized by a significant integrative resource for the formation of students’ readiness to professional self-development, are identified. It is substantiated that the integrative resource used in the process of professional training allows to form a value attitude to self-education and readiness for self-realization in the chosen profession. |
