The quality work of any organization depends on professional employees. The professionalism of school employees directly depends on the continuous development of teachers in their professional activities. The desire to develop, conquer new heights and find interesting solutions in their professional practice helps specialists to realize their professional qualities in the workplace effectively and efficiently. How to measure the developing potential and effectiveness of teachers in the workplace? Evaluation of teacher performance in various organizations is carried out in a different way and is not always permanent and definite. In educational practice, a significant disadvantage of the teacher performance evaluation system is the lack of certainty of the evaluation subjects and the totality of indicators for evaluating teacher performance. This article makes suggestions for teacher performance evaluation when interacting with the main social groups of educational organizations. In their activity, teachers interact daily with various participants in the pedagogical process: colleagues, management staff, parents and the students themselves. Only effective interaction of the teacher with each participant of the educational process can give the desired result and, therefore, the opportunity to assess the quality of the teacher’s pedagogical activity. Another task necessary for the teacher’s assessment is to determine the evaluation criteria, forms and methods possible for implementation into educational practice. In the proposed method of evaluating teacher performance, the indicators of evaluating a teacher in interaction with all participants in educational activities are established. The main working mechanisms, principles and criteria are proposed. The proposed system can be used in an educational organization to develop a system for evaluating teacher performance. |
