The article presents a model for the formation of graphic literacy among future teachers of vocational training in the sewing profile in the digital environment, based on the analysis of the implementation of the basic professional educational program for students in the training direction 44.03.04 Professional Training (by branches) of the profile Applied and Decorative Arts and Design majoring in Technology and Fashion Design. The approaches, principles, stages of formation of the components of graphic literacy among future teachers of vocational training in the sewing profile are determined. The implementation of the model of graphic literacy is based on the following approaches: systemic, personality-oriented, activity-based, and environmental. The methodological basis of the model are the principles of consistency and coherence, professional orientation, the unity of theory and practice, the principle of consciousness and activity of students, the principle of illustrativeness. Based on a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, the components of graphic literacy of a vocational training teacher are determined: motivational-value, knowledge-operational, reflective-evaluative. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the model and the ways of their implementation are identified, such as the use of student-centered learning technologies, the introduction of discipline into the curriculum “Computer graphics in the industry”, development of a bank of tasks with interdisciplinary links with specialized disciplines and practices, encouragement to engineering creativity, development of educational video content, multimedia textbook, graphic dictionary. The criteria for the formation of graphic literacy of future teachers of vocational training in the sewing profile are given. The proposed model contributes to a systematic representation of the structure of the process of formation of graphic literacy among future teachers of vocational training in the sewing profile in the digital environment and allows studying and reproducing the process in practice in compliance with our defined content, stages and pedagogical conditions. |
