In modern distance equestrian runs, the winner is determined by the shortest time it takes an athlete on horseback to cover the distance. A prerequisite for the competition is the preservation of the physiological parameters of the horse within the norm. Horse runs are aimed at developing the endurance of a stayer horse, and the skill of the rider in the correct distribution of the physical capabilities of the horse over the distance. Not all coaching staff at sports schools pay sufficient attention to the development of special physical qualities in novice young trial riders, focusing more on the physiological capabilities and indicators of the horse, which entails a poorer performance when passing longer distances. All this determines the relevance of the research. It is necessary to develop the author’s program on improvement of motor preparation of teenage riders in conditions of equestrian club of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic of the Russian Federation during practical trainings. There is a need to search for effective approaches to solving the problem of improving the quality of special training of young riders in equestrian sports. Up to the present time the potential of special physical exercises on a moving horse for improvement of special physical preparation of teenage riders of 10—12 years old at the stage of sports training is insufficiently used In the course of the research, the relevant specialized literature, scientific and program-methodical materials were analyzed. A pedagogical study and experiment were conducted. A set of physical exercises was proposed that contributes to the improvement of special physical training of adolescent riders at the training stage of preparation. Pedagogical observation and experiment were carried out. New experimental data were obtained, specifying the approaches designed to improve the training process in equestrian sport. Relevant conclusions are formulated, confirming the correctness of the implementation of the objectives of this study. |
