The article analyzes the participation of the national team — the winner of the Russian Open Championship in sailing races on sea yawls, in which the co-author of the work was directly involved. The data on the definitions of the concept of “organization” and the psycho-emotional state of highly qualified athletes at the national championship in the event of a stressful situation, real counteractions to an unfavorable situation are presented. The main methodological basis of the study was the theory of resonance transfer of training. The capacity of the functional state of athletes was recorded using express methods for studying the parameters of metabolism and heart rate stability by the method of physiological cybernetics using a special pulse meter IPP-01C, developed by bio-constructors at Kirov Military Medical Academy. A heterogeneous sport, effectively contributing to the formation of cross-adaptation and sensitization of athletes was contact form of martial arts. It is established that the episodic (one “floating” a week) introduction into the training process of the preparatory mesocycle of a 5-minute wrestling fight according to simplified rules from the “handto-hand combat” section reliably stabilizes the content of organizational stress due to the advance modeling of the stressful emotional background. The scoring system of the wrestling match developed by us ensures the permanence of the contact fight, because when winning on the “carcass”or technically by points with a gap of 15 units, the winner is awarded 9 points, and the fight continues further, using the aerobic mechanism of energy formation against the background of exposure to the knocking down component of the stress factor. The results recorded a reliable — according to the Student’s criterion (t = 2.17; p < 0.05) — efficiency of rhythm stability parameters in athletes as measured by the IPP-01C method. Rhythm capacity before and after the experiment was within the normal range, but at a more favorable threshold (7.1 ± 0.2 units), which is the psychological and pedagogical mainstream.
