Today there is much talk about digital public administration as a set of digital tools for making, executing and promoting government decisions. In the Russian Federation, the authorities are making serious efforts to expand the range of digital public services, create state information systems and digital platforms. This work is being carried out both at the federal and regional levels. Youth is the category of the population most adapted to the use of digital technologies. Youth policy is a set of measures taken by the state in order to create favorable conditions for the self-realization of young citizens. The success of its implementation directly depends on the general standard of living of the population, demographic situation, budget possibilities and the structure of the economy, as well as on a number of special conditions that to varying degrees affect the youth, their moods and areas of interest. The study uses the example of the Yaroslavl region to identify factors affecting the effectiveness of youth policy, as well as barriers to its implementation in the digital government system of the region. In the course of the study, the statistics is reviewed; an analysis of the implementation of the programs in the region affecting various issues of work with young people is carried out. The conclusion is formulated about youth policy as a phenomenon that cannot be considered in the narrow sense of educational or patriotic events only. Its effective implementation requires an integrated approach in the context of other priority areas of the Russian Federation with the unconditional use of modern digital technologies. |
