Annotation:

The article considers the peculiarities of the impact of the multicultural environment on the formation of a common model of ethnocultural education and upbringing in the system of preschool educational institutions, which contributes to the mutual enrichment of children’s worldview, stimulates the establishment of complementary relations between preschoolers; the levels of formation of information-cognitive, emotional-value, effective-practical criteria, which are components of ethnocultural education in general, on the ethnocultural education of older preschoolers (5—7 years old) at the formative stage of the educational experiment, are analyzed. The harmonious combination of propaedeutic (ethnocultural) and basic stages in preschool education made it possible to consider preschool education not as a kind of closed system, but as a system with access to systems of higher hierarchical levels — district, municipal, republican. The latter made it possible, at the subsequent stages of this research work, to scale organizational and methodological developments on ethnopedagogization of preschool education. The theoretical, methodological and organizational differentiation of the educational process within the framework of the preschool educational institutions of Vladikavkaz into the external and internal environment has demonstrated the relevance of this approach in strengthening the ethno-cultural component of the educational process. During the ascertaining stage of the experiment conducted among older preschoolers (5—7 years old), the evidence base of the integrative nature of the ethnocultural educational environment and, in general, ethnopedagogy, contributing to the formation of ethnocultural education of children, was expanded. It was possible to achieve a higher level of dialogue between all subjects of preschool education (teacher-mentor, preschooler), in which crucial importance was given to the formation by the teacher-mentor of a developing situation in the educational preschool environment. The necessary result in increasing the ethnocultural awareness of children was achieved with the obligatory optimal combination of its elements, forms and techniques with basic education of preschoolers.
