The article actualizes the contradiction that, on the one hand, there is a saturation of scientific views on the construction of the process of training mixed martial arts athletes, on the other hand the emergence of modernized directions of contact styles causes the need for concentrated identification of the most significant elements of technical-tactical sides. In the presented methods there is not enough data on the algorithm of using situational tasks. The aim of the work was to substantiate and empirically verify the effectiveness of complexing the methodology of training hand-to-hand combat athletes through the conjugation of technical and tactical components of the fight, taking into account the variation of situational tasks of increasing complexity. The theoretical and methodological basis consists of basic conceptual platforms in the direction of sports training of athletes by V. N. Platonov, D. Harre, V. V. Mironov, V. B. Issurin, A. A. Gorelov, N. N. Visitey, V. M. Zatsiorsky, L. P. Matveev, V. I. Lyakh, E. G. Singurindi, N. I. Ponomarev, V. M. Vydrin, M. T. Lobzha. The main methods of scientific cognition were: theoretical analysis and generalization; pedagogical observation; multimedia visualization; epistemological analysis; testing and control tests; verification and assessment of competitive readiness and physical condition; modeling and forecasting; pedagogical experiment; mathematical and statistical processing of research results. On the example of army hand-to-hand combat the application of special-targeted training with the content of 14 situational tasks of increasing difficulty of realization and three modes of their complexing: operational concentration; ergonomics; situational activity was justified. The main technical and tactical clusters of realization of situational tasks were: force domination; explosive combination of striking techniques; deception of bringing the opponent to the right position for realization. |
