METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE USE OF DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PHYSICAL FITNESS AND RECREATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Currently, the volume of information is growing every day; it is necessary to be able to process and understand this information, find the main idea and identify important aspects. Due to the large volume of data, it is becoming increasingly difficult to interest students. Therefore, a pressing question arises of how to attract a child to a more complete and conscious perception. Students are introduced to information technology from an early age, which demonstrates and guarantees more productive work with it. Digital platforms with a variety of content and different types and forms of work come to help. Such platforms can increase interest in the subject being studied, visualize theoretical material, study the necessary information in a simpler form, and also reduce the teacher’s routine work. Methodological provision of digital educational materials with visual display of data is available to teachers and all interested students, which expands the range of possible users and the boundaries of distribution. In this article, the author shows the benefits of using digital platforms in lessons focused on physical education and development, explores the specifics of using digital platforms to provide educational and methodological materials in the process of forming a physical culture, sports and recreational environment in an educational institution. This work reflects the main points of including the use of digital platforms in the educational process in physical education classes and in the context of the formation of a recreational environment. The article also focuses on fully satisfying the need for practical sports activities, exercises and training conducted indoors or outdoors after using digital resources.
