The article presents and substantiates organizational and pedagogical conditions, as well as means that contribute to the formation of readiness to learn playing actions in sledge hockey among adolescents with musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) (identification of the level of readiness of adolescents with MSDs to learn the motor actions of sledge hockey; accounting for primary and secondary deviations; formation of motivational and coordination readiness, as well as physical qualities necessary for an athlete to successfully master game actions; implementation of the principles of accessibility, gradualness, and phasing). The designed Champion sledge hockey program was aimed at developing physical fitness in young athletes with MSDs using individual complexes of articular gymnastics, exercises that develop the strength of the muscles of the arms and torso with the help of modern equipment (body bars, medical balls, etc.). The process of developing physical qualities was carried out taking into account the capabilities of adolescents with MSDs, and also, the principles of age adequacy, variability and optimality of pedagogical influences; and a differentiated approach. The general physical training sessions included exercises on a chronoreflexometer to develop a simple motor reaction, as well as attention exercises, board and outdoor sports games. In the course of the educational and training process, events were organized aimed at developing motivation among teenagers to play hockey. At the control stage of the study, five out of six athletes showed an average level of physical fitness, as well as positive dynamics of a simple motor reaction on the chronoreflexometer. The Champion program has proven its effectiveness. In 2022, the AKM Sledge team became the winner of the Fonbet Festival of Adaptive hockey, as well as the winner of the all-Russian junior sledge hockey tournament in Nizhny Novgorod. |
