DEVELOPMENT OF CIVIL IDENTITY OF A FUTURE CREATIVE SPECIALIST IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIETY [BASED ON THE MATERIALS OF THE ALL-RUSSIAN WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE “DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL CREATIVITY IN THE MODERN DIGITAL MULTICULTURAL SPACE” (ELETS, BUNIN YSU, APRIL 20, 2023)]

The article deals with the problem of preserving civil and ethnocultural identity of a person in the conditions of digital transformation of society. The authors see the solution to this problem in interdisciplinary interaction and in the inclusion of traditional historical and cultural material in the educational process of schools and universities. The annual All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Development of personality creativity in the modern digital multicultural space” held on April 20, 2023 at Bunin Yelets State University (Lipetsk region, Elets) was devoted to the development of civic identity of the future creative specialist. The realities of the modern world determined the hybrid format of the event, at which more than two hundred researchers, teachers, cultural workers, young researchers from Russia, China, Italy, Saudi Arabia discussed issues of preserving civic and ethnocultural identity in a multipolar world; demonstrated a creative approach in organizing project-based innovative activities of students, in cultural-historical and musical-educational design, in the development of creative thinking, and in solving socio-cultural problems. The conference participants expressed creative ideas for individualizing education in higher education, for developing the creative competence of students, for creating creative platforms and a developing subject-game environment; demonstrated the possibilities of creative pedagogy in various subject areas (mathematics, physics, biology, IT technologies, fine arts, etc.). Young Russian scientists communicated in the format of a student scientific society forum. The topics of the role of creative competence in the structure of a teacher’s professional activity, the creation of conditions for the formation of artistic taste and creative potential of an individual, the use of modern technologies for the development of creative thinking in schoolchildren in extracurricular activities were raised.
