The relevance of presented study is due to the demand for the formation of common approaches to education in order to integrate the training of specialists in the new regions into the unified educational space of the Russian Federation in the context of a common labor market. The article presents the genesis of a unified educational environment formation in Russia, defines vectors and considers ways of integration into the educational space of the new regions of the country on the example of the experience of Kherson State Pedagogical University. To achieve this goal, such theoretical methods were used as analysis and synthesis of scientific sources on the research problems; method of interpretation, allowing to compare and summarize the studied materials, formulate general and particular conclusions. The scientific novelty of this work is in determining the vectors and methods of integration into the educational environment of new regions of the Russian Federation using the example of Kherson State Pedagogical University. The theoretical significance of the paper is in the concept that the origin of the process of forming a unified educational space in Russia is described. The practical significance of the work is in the possibility of applying the research results in the process of professional training at universities of the new regions of the country. The study presents the positive and negative aspects of integration using the “point-to-point” method. An example of the implementation of integration in Kherson State Pedagogical University is given. The author comes to the conclusion that the topic of integration of higher education, including the training of specialists in the new regions of the Russian Federation, is being significantly updated. In a common labor market, both general approaches to education and the designated vectors are in demand. |
