This article describes the features and importance of digital technologies in Russian organizations. Modern scientific developments have become the impetus for automation and modernization of various management processes, which also influenced the performance and involvement of staff in achieving the goals and objectives of professional training. Every year, thanks to progress, the global digitalization of states and society is developing. Today, almost every organization in the country is interested in using digital technologies (according to Rosstat). This gradual transition to the active use of modern technologies is due to the current capabilities from a scientific point of view, maturity and readiness to accept new trends of organizations. Of particular importance is the study of the influence of digital technologies on the management of staff`s involvement in training in an organization. Software, cloud services, and training platforms are important elements of employee engagement in the workplace today. It is advisable to talk about increasing the efficiency of personnel in the context of digitalization. If the organization has problems with the transition to digital technologies, as well as with the involvement in personnel training, then the inability of personnel to adapt to new management tools is also added. An increase in indicators of staff`s involvement in personnel training in an organization against the backdrop of the use of digital technologies should be the responsibility of management and the human resource management service, since a decrease in the quality, efficiency, and interest of personnel in achieving the goals of the organization and solving assigned tasks in the field of personnel training is possible. Therefore, regular research on the topic is relevant in order to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses, risks of the impact of digital technologies on staff`s involvement in personnel training in the organization. All problems must be solved together, and not separately, so that it is clearly visible how the interaction of all involved objects occurs in the digital environment. |
