DIGITALIZATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN MUNICIPAL GOVERNANCE THROUGH 1C

Problems of the municipal governance have been identified, such as an increase in the volume of document flow, the inability to effectively track the movement of documents, loss and duplication of documents, as well as difficulties in monitoring execution. It is proposed to introduce the software product “1C:Enterprise” as an innovative solution for optimization and digitalization in municipal governance. The authors analyze the feasibility of choosing this topic, highlighting the advantages of implementing “1C:Enterprise”, such as optimizing document flow, creating a unified electronic system, preventing loss and duplication of documents, as well as improving execution control. The work emphasizes that the introduction of digital technologies, especially through the use of 1C:Enterprise, is a modern and effective tool for improving municipal governance, meeting the requirements of the digital era and ensuring effective interaction within authorities and with citizens. The paper aims to justify the need for digital transformation of municipal governance in the city of Elets and proposes specific steps to implement this system to solve identified problems in document flow. It is noted that the feasibility of implementing the 1C:Enterprise program is manifested in its ability to effectively cope with current challenges and improve the efficiency and quality of municipal governance in the context of modern requirements for flexibility, transparency and efficiency of bureaucratic processes. In general, the implementation of 1C:Enterprise in the municipal governance of the city of Elets can become a key element of digital transformation, ensuring more efficient, transparent and controlled functioning of city structures. However, it is important to take into account the characteristics and requirements of a particular municipality when developing and implementing this system.
