CLASSIFICATION OF SYSTEMS OF FIRMS’ HARMONIOUS DEVELOPMENT PROVIDING CONDITIONS FOR ECONOMIC EQUILIBRIUM

The purpose of this article is to highlight the structural elements and basis for the classification of subsystems included in the structural field of the ecosystem of “harmonious development” of economic systems that ensure market equilibrium at the macro and micro levels. The relevance of this article lies in the fact that it reveals the little-studied problem of systematic consideration of the processes and foundations of the harmonious development of the economy and economic entities (firms), which form the conditions for achieving economic equilibrium. The article points out that the system of harmonious development is a way of adapting the ideas of the well-known concept of sustainable development for business needs and support in the long term, implementing measures aimed at multi-vector development of the company while simultaneously creating conditions for achieving macroeconomic balance in the basis of harmonious development. The authors propose to classify the systems of harmonious development of a company, highlighting the classification characteristics and grounds for harmonious development, which are the most significant at present for the real implementation of the conceptual provisions of harmonious development in the practical activities of companies. The systematization given by the authors, the basis for identifying systems of harmonious development indicates the presence of various options, both for initiating the formation and use of these systems in the business practice of modern Russian companies seeking to ensure their own economic sustainability in an equilibrium market through the use of the concept of harmonious development.
