A COMPREHENSIVE METHODOLOGY FOR MONITORING THE COMPONENTS OF THE INTELLECTUAL POTENTIAL OF THE REGION ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE KRASNODAR TERRITORY

In the process of the historical development of society, human knowledge, the ability to translate them into useful objects and processes, as well as the possibility of their effective application and use have acquired the importance of key factors of socio-economic development, both at the state level and in a separate region. The object of research in this article is the intellectual potential of the region. The subject area is the comprehensive monitoring of its components: “theoretical knowledge”, “practical knowledge” and “automatic knowledge”. Presentation of the results of the developed methodological approach, as the main goal of this study, was carried out within the framework of solving the following tasks: disclosure of the content of the graphic study of the components of the intellectual potential of the region; development of a generalizing scheme of this monitoring; filling out the form of detailed data on the results of monitoring. The main methodological tools were: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, systematization, structuring, comparison, modeling. The developed methodological approach to the integrated monitoring of the components of the intellectual potential of the region allows us to present the results in the form of dynamics, structure, trends, shares, proportions, places in the rating both over the past three years and broken down by subjects or studied elements, which greatly facilitates the tasks of comparative analysis and evaluation of the studied values.
