he main issue on the agenda is achieving technological sovereignty. Factors of economic growth are external and internal conditions dictated by the shift in focus of the unipolar world. The article presents different opinions on the issue of the influence of certain factors on changes in the economy. Attention is drawn to the division of the economy into three levels: macro-, mesoand micro-. The article characterizes each level. Microeconomic conditions for economic growth are primarily related to the activities of economic entities (enterprises and organizations). The article provides statistical data to analyze the impact of enterprises of key industries on the economy of the meso-level (region). The article attempts to envision Russia as a holistic system in the global economy in the form of a micro-level, concluding that the growth factors in this case will be similar to the development of an individual enterprise. Such researchers as A. Smith, J. Schumpeter, T. Veblen are referred to as theses on enterprise development. The combination of these approaches reflects the development goal of both an individual enterprise and Russia as a whole. Their main goal is to meet needs through the growth of technology, introduction of innovation, and expansion of the product range. Transport logistics, presence of a wide network of credit institutions, and also development of human resources are also considered as microeconomic conditions for economic growth. The author proposes management decisions that are aimed at the development of individual units of the economic process and influence the dynamics of the macro level. |
