The modern manufacturing environment is facing challenges caused by changing environmental conditions, changing consumer demands and rapid technological progress. Traditional approaches often have limitations such as low adaptability, dependence on historical data, oversimplification of complex reality and ineffective consideration of intangible factors. However, the era of digital transformation opens opportunities to eliminate limitations by integrating advanced tools of the digital economy, such as artificial intelligence, realtime analysis, along with the use of management systems that incorporate advanced tools of the digital economy. The purpose of the study is to classify the types of management systems and their relationship with intra-company and strategic planning at various levels of management in manufacturing. Effective integration and coordination between management systems and different levels of management is crucial for the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing. The recommendations for the implementation of management systems emphasize the importance of needs assessment, strategic alignment, comprehensive training, data security, continuous evaluation, and improvement. Compliance with these recommendations will allow processing enterprises to increase operational efficiency and align their efforts with strategic goals. The successful implementation and use of management systems in manufacturing not only increases operational efficiency, but also contributes to the achievement of strategic goals. To determine the most appropriate management system, it is necessary to balance the strengths and weaknesses of management systems in the manufacturing industries. The use of the control systems discussed in the article as driving forces allows manufacturing industries to navigate a complex business environment, ensuring stability in the face of constantly changing market dynamics. |
