METHODOLOGY OF CONDUCTING EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH ACTIVITIES WITH THE HELP OF THE LCBCH LABORATORY COMPLEX IN THE SUBJECT TRAINING OF A BIOLOGY AND CHEMISTRY TEACHER

| Annotation: | The article is devoted to the use of a biology and chemistry laboratory complex when studying these subjects by undergraduate and graduate students at a pedagogical university, namely in Voronezh State Pedagogical University. The biology and chemistry laboratory complex (LCBCH) can be successfully used to develop skills in conducting various forms of organizing educational, research and project activities both by students of a pedagogical university and by students of specialized classes of educational institutions with in-depth study of subjects (biology and chemistry). An expanded range of laboratory and design research works using the LCBCH lab- oratory complex are analyzed and developed, the possibilities of using new educational events in biology and chemistry, both in regular and extracurricular activities, are described. 25 lab- oratory works on various biological and 40 laboratory works on chemical disciplines were developed and implemented in the educational process using the LCBCH laboratory complex, and in detail, by sections. The topics of laboratory work using the LCBCH complex are adapted to the sections of the school curriculum. Methodological developments on project activities of students (more than 20 topics) are proposed. The directions of research activities of senior students in organizing school environmental monitoring for extracurricular work during pedagogical practice at school are substantiated. The use of a laboratory complex in the training of students of a pedagogical university ensures the formation of their professional compe- tences, namely, practical work skills using modern equipment. | ||
