The modern educational process is aimed at individualization of educational strategies. This trend exists at all levels of education, including higher professional education. If individualization of education is a goal, then electronic tutoring can be a means of achieving it. Through distance support, the tutor’s activities encourage foreign students to self-development and self-study. When studying Russian with distance support, it is important to rely on some well-thought-out theoretical scheme or model of tutoring. One of the main tasks in this case is to develop such model of distance support for foreign students in studying Russian as a foreign language. This article presents a model of distance support, reveals the essence of modeling the tutoring system. Studying a language as a foreign language cannot be separated from studying the culture of the people and their customs, so the article discusses the features of familiarization with Russian traditions and customs when studying Russian as a foreign language through electronic tutoring, and also reveals the concepts of linguacultural studies and linguacultural studies. The distance support model we present contains four stages: preparatory, initial, main and final. At the preparatory stage, the needs of the students are analyzed, at the initial stage, comfortable relationships with the student are formed, and the educational content is determined. Linguistic and cultural information is disclosed at the main stage of distance support. At the final stage, the student receives the result, namely, knowledge of the Russian language at the required level. Modern Russian education is aimed at individualization and humanization. Thanks to distance support, foreign students can follow an individual educational trajectory in their professional development. |
