MODELING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF THE PRE- SCHOOL EDUCATION SYSTEM BY DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING

Annotation: The article considers a new direction of education- al consulting — digital educational consulting, which is under- stood as a specialized process of providing services to the sub- jects of educational relations through digital technologies, aimed at meeting their information needs in the field of education, pedagogical consulting and pedagogical support. The model of professional development of future teachers of preschool edu- cation system through digital educational consulting is described in detail, which is a system, consisting of 5 main blocks: target, methodological, content, organizational and technological and resultant. The methodological block of the model includes sci- entific approaches (competence, contextual and system-activity) and principles (accessibility, scientificity, integrity, individualiza- tion, systemic nature, openness and flexibility). The target block includes the goal (professional development of future teachers through digital educational consulting) and objectives (expan- sion of knowledge about professional activity, development of professional skills and abilities, motivation to master the profes- sion of a teacher). The content block reflects the essence of the process of professional development of future teachers through digital educational consulting and includes 3 directions (psycho- logical, pedagogical, pedagogical and organizational), which are reflected in the educational process. Organizational-techno- logical block reflects professionally oriented technologies (prob- lem-based learning technologies, digital technologies, situational learning technology, etc.), methods (productive and reproductive teaching methods, methods of information gathering and analy- sis of the current state, strategic planning, pedagogical support, coaching), forms (theoretical classes, seminars, practical class- es, independent work), means (visual and technical) aimed at the professional development of future The result block includes levels (high, medium, low) of professional development of future teachers according to the criteria (motivational, content, activi- ty, reflexive). The result of the implementation of the program of experimental work should be a high level of professional devel- opment of future teachers through digital educational consulting. The modeling is based on organizational and pedagogical con- ditions of professional development of future teachers through digital educational consulting.
