DESIGN OF HEALTH-PRESERVING ACTIVITIES IN THE PROCESS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Annotation:

The theoretical and methodological substantiation of the effectiveness of targeted health-preserving activities in the process of physical education of high school students is given, based on compliance with the main organizational and substantive components in the process of its implementation and increasing the importance of the health factor in the system of life values of students. The research objective was to design and substantiate the main organizational and substantive components of healthpreserving activities in the process of physical education of high school students. The research methods were: theoretical — analysis and synthesis of the problem situation; comparative and contrastive analysis, methods of analogy, comparison and contrast, conceptualization; methods of analysis of scientific and methodological literature, documentary and archival materials on the topic of the study; empirical — pedagogical observations, conversations, questionnaires, testing. The main result of the study is the development and experimental testing of the health-preserving activity program, the implementation of which was based on the following methodological and methodological approaches: systematic organization of activities to preserve and strengthen the health of students; implementation of the logical-semantic model of designing health-saving activities; formation of a motivational and value attitude to physical exercise; ensuring that students fully master special knowledge and the ability to apply it independently in the process of everyday life; promoting an increase in the level of physical fitness of students. The main criteria for assessing the results of health-preserving activities are defined: increasing the indicators of the level of physical qualities development; increasing interest in educational and independent physical exercise; increasing the number of people involved in the additional education system. Attention is drawn to the fact that designing of implementation of health-preserving activities becomes more successful in conditions of sincere interest in its implementation, not imposed from outside, but formed in the students’ own minds. No less important is the coordination of actions to achieve the set goal by all participants in the educational process: the administration of the institution, students, teachers, educators, parents. The results of the study indicate the high efficiency of targeted programming of activities aimed at increasing the efficiency of health preservation in the educational process of an educational institution.
