DEVELOPMENTAL TRANSFORMATION OF PATRIOTIC QUALITIES OF STUDENTS

The article identifies the need for the formation and development of patriotism, the developmental transformation of patriotic personality qualities in different age periods, at different levels of education. In this regard, the scientific interpretation of the concepts of transformation and developmental transformation is given in the work. The theoretical substantiation of the personal transformation of patriotic qualities based on the theory of personality development, the theory of individuality and developmental transformation is presented. The characteristic features of the transformational approach in the development of patriotic qualities are determined. The theoretical analysis of psychological personality transformations makes it possible to determine the possibilities of transformation and development of qualitative components of personal patriotism in accordance with the level of age development and levels of education. The transformation of personality that occurs in the process of transition and age-related functioning at each level of education characterizes the developmental features of the transformation of patriotic qualities and assumes a rapid pace of personality transformation. Theories of personality transformation allow us to determine possible changes in the qualitative characteristics of a personality based on activity a person at every level of education and manifestation of individuality. The study of the developmental transformation of patriotic personality traits in the context of anti-Russian pressure in modern society is significant and necessary in identifying the main educational effects on students. The patriotism of students is manifested in the formation of patriotic feelings, patriotic moral values and attitudes, and patriotic actions. The external conditions that trigger transformational processes primarily change the attitude of a person to himself, to the surrounding reality and determine personal growth. The developmental transformation of students` patriotic personality qualities has a certain stage-by-stage diagnosis, forecasting of personal changes, planning and organization of active patriotic activities, the result in self-actualization and personality formation.
