NETWORKING IN EDUCATION: A PROBLEM-CHRONOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Annotation: The article considers a retrospective of scientific and practical research on the issues of networking of educa- tional organizations. The publications of scientists and practi- tioners, dissertations from 1995 to 2024 devoted to this prob- lem are analyzed. Using the method of problem-chronological analysis, the main periods of development of scientific problems related to networking in education are identified according to the typology of scientific problems. At the first stage, the prob- lems of existence were studied, reflecting the process of iden- tifying facts and opinions indicating the existence of network interaction of educational organizations. Then the research focused on studying issues related to the description and clas- sification of networking in education. An attempt was made to understand its essence both with the help of theoretical approach- es and with the help of empirical methods. In the course of the research, various properties and types of networking in education were identified. Then the scientific problems turned to the study of cause-and-effect relationships in the structure of networking in education. After that, the researchers began to develop practical methods for applying scientific knowledge in this area. Scientif- ic publications focused on the technological aspects of imple- menting network interaction between educational organizations. The current stage reflects the problems of forecasting associat- ed with the advancement and justification of assumptions about the possible path of development of networking in education. In the future, reflexive problems will be posed, reflecting the under- standing and assessment of the experience gained in applying knowledge about networking in the education system.
