SOCIO-CULTURAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS OF A CULTURE UNIVERSITY ON THE BASIS OF INTERUNIVERSITY PROJECT INTERACTION

The article reveals the results of a study on of socio-cultural education of culture university students based on interuniversity project interaction. The results of the study contribute to understanding the specifics and structure of the competent organization of the process of socio-cultural education of culture university students, as well as determining the main directions of interuniversity project cooperation to ensure the socio-cultural education of culture university students. The article presents the technology of organizing and conducting the interuniversity socio-cultural project “A brass band plays in the city garden...” of the scientific and creative laboratory “School of Animators” of the Department of Socio-Cultural Activities and Pedagogy of Orel State Institute of Culture, which includes four important stages: development of a scenario and directing plan, creation of a scenario and musical basis, provision of the rehearsal process, direct implementation of the project. The main goal of the project under consideration is to consolidate the creative forces of the student community of the city of Orel, realize the creative potential of students in the process of active participation in the events of the creative socio-cultural project. The analysis of the implemented socio-cultural projects “A brass band plays in the city garden...” allowed us to define the process of socio-cultural education of culture university students on the basis of interuniversity project interaction as a complex purposeful pedagogical process of involving young people in the educational, creative, socio-cultural and motivational-value environment of a creative educational institution in order to acquire important semantic components of future professional activity. In general, the article is a valuable study that enriches scientific knowledge in the field of socio-cultural education of students and offers practical recommendations for specialists dealing with this pedagogical problem in the framework of the educational process in higher education, heads of departments and interested teaching staff engaged in professional activities based on intercultural project interaction.
