In the system of additional professional educa-
tion, a martial arts coach is a key aspect for the training of
athletes. The main task is to train and develop the physical
qualities of athletes. Due to growing popularity of martial arts,
it is necessary to constantly improve the knowledge of modern
training methods for coaches and teachers in various types of
martial arts. In this regard, there is an increasing need for a
system of additional professional education, especially short-
term advanced training courses, while pedagogical support for
advanced training courses is practically not organized in the
advanced training system, although a high potential for ped-
agogical support has been developed in science and practice in relation to the formation of new knowledge and skills of a
martial arts coach-teacher. Research method and organization:
the analysis of the scientific literature of the problem under
study and the legal framework on the research problem was
carried out, pedagogical modeling was carried out in relation
to the organization of pedagogical support for the system of
additional professional education of coaches in various types of
martial arts, in the interests of forming their managerial com-
petence. The result of the study is the substantiation of the need
and possibility of organizing pedagogical support for martial
arts coaches in the system of professional development, the ele-
ments of pedagogical support have been identified, the phased
implementation of which in the process of forming the mana-
gerial competence of a martial arts coach-teacher ensures the
effectiveness of this process. The stages of pedagogical support
of the system of additional professional education in order to
effectively develop the managerial competence of a martial arts
coach-teacher are presented. The methodology of pedagogical
support of extended advanced training courses for coaches in
various types of martial arts is modeled in order to form their
managerial competence based on the principles of theory and
practice, as well as the consistency and systematicity of educa-
tion, and its substantive sections are presented. This article will
be useful for the organizers of advanced training courses in the
system of physical culture and sports education, as well as for
coaches and teachers who are interested in the effective forma-
tion of managerial competence. |
