SOLVING PROBLEMS OF CAREER GUIDANCE WITH THE HELP OF AUTOMATED DIGITAL PROCESSING OF LABOR MARKET DATA

| Annotation: | The article solves the problem of organizing modern career guidance via creating and processing a digital database of the labor market, obtained on the basis of special- ly developed algorithms. The modern possibilities of digital processing of vacancies and resumes are considered to obtain up-to-date knowledge about the world of professions and work, necessary in solving problems of career guidance and support- ing the processes of professional self-determination. The rele- vance of the development of digital processing of labor market data in modern Russia makes it possible to create conditions for more effective self-determination of citizens in the world of pro- fessions, starting from childhood. The article presents open and reproducible methods for automated construction of taxonomy of the world of professions, a tree of professional transitions and career trajectories, selection of activities (professions) for the criteria of a desired lifestyle, and others. As examples, the solution of seven practical problems is described, the step-by- step implementation of which allows you to create a digital por- trait of professions. The advantages of the proposed solution are: obtaining real-time data; scalability with the possibility of data localization for specific localities; the possibility of build- ing predictive models of transformations of the world of profes- sions and the labor market. The result of the proposed method of automated digital processing of labor market data will be the development of career guidance and optimization of employ- ment of different categories of the population of our country. It is concluded that when developing models of the “future world of professions”, it is necessary to pay attention to the laws of development of tools, to develop a new scientific approach to the formation of ideas for these “professions of the future” based on specific practical algorithms for digital data process- ing. It is necessary to develop new universal service desktop programs, mobile and web applications with labor market data necessary for the implementation of the tasks of career guidance and career counseling. This will make it possible to move on to a real solution to the issues of employment of the population. | ||
