The main tendency of the world economy development is globalization, Russia is an active participant of the integration process, but it has to get more experience to take a worthy place in the international financial system. Analyzing experience of foreign banks to enter into other countries' market, we can point out shapes and determine the purpose of the presence of transnational banks in the consumer market. International banks going abroad pursue the aim -to satisfy their clients as an individual, a company and a country on the whole to gain profit and to raise prestige of the banks abroad.
