Formation of an effective system of intrafirm planning in agroindustrial holdings

The article discusses the original approach to the formation of an effective system of intrafirm planning with respect to fat-and-oil holdings. Questions of the analysis and construction of models of functioning of the enterprises on the example of fat-and-oil holdings are considered. The author shows the sequence of formation of an effective system for planning on the basis of an open system of planning with the use of information technologies.
