Macrobalance of social system in modern conditions of instability

The article is devoted to the interrelation of the economic and social systems, specific features of the social system, the cyclic character of its development. The author presents the meaning of “theories of accidents” for the analysis of the mechanism overcoming the instability in social systems, and proves the necessity of increasing the role of the state for social regulation as a method for maintenance of steady macrobalance. The paper gives the statistical data about the dynamics of decrease in a share of social expenses in gross national product. To generate stability of a social system it is necessary to make changes to its parametres components and to reorient existing social policy.
