Cost management technique on wages in higher educational establishments

The article is devoted to the author’s technique of cost management on wages in social-humanitarian and economic higher educational establishments by means of effectiveness ratio. Nomographs presented in the article allow to simplify the mechanism of realization of the described technique and visually show interaction between the most important indicators, allowing to operate costs for wages in social-humanitarian and economic higher educational establishments. To evaluate the results of the practical application of the technique of cost management on wages, there has been carried out a labour profit calculation at various significance levels of cost-effectiveness ratio on wages.
