The article is devoted to the organizational bases of management of financial streams of the state orders and purchases system. The author analyses the management of financial streams of the state orders and purchases system. The paper presents the interaction of the income formation of the state budget and the organization of financing of the state order. Within the frameworks of the state orders and purchases the organizational basis of management of financial streams represents the interconnected system including financial planning; current financing of purchases, monitoring of the state contracts execution, an estimation of efficiency of charges on purchases; the financial control of funds as per their intended purpose. The purpose of an organizational basis of management of financial streams of the state orders and purchases system is to increase the efficiency of the use of budgetary funds and means of unappropriated funds during state order financing.
