Bank design financing as specific form of financial support of investment projects

At the present stage of economics development the additional financial resources are especially required to enterprises for overcoming of consequences of financial and economic crisis. Enterprises do not have their own financial resources, and receipt of the long-term bank credits is impossible without high-liquid support that is not available at major enterprises and companies. The issue of resources attraction required for implementation of investment projects takes the important place in planning of the enterprise’s investment activity acting as an indispensable element of the feasibility study of investment decisions. The given article has reviewed the concept and essence of such kind of crediting of investment projects by commercial banks as design financing.
